Pranam Yoga Joseph is a Hatha Yoga school established in 1988, with more than 3 decades of experience in teaching. At Pranam, we believe in yoga as a whole way of living, keeping the authentic and traditional values of Hatha Yoga. We focus only on that one style, prioritising expertise over variety. Throughout the years, our experience taught us to implement a modern and dynamic approach to our classes. Because of that, we are rooted in tradition, while adapting everyday to match the expectations of the world we live in. We share our knowledge and values through daily Yoga Drop-in classes , Workshops and Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Varkala. Each one of our courses focuses on traditional Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa We make sure to keep it real and unique, offering the experience of small groups to make sure our students benefit from personal guidance.
