She also holds Remedial Trainer Practitioner Certificate by Madras Dyslexia Association (MDA), International Training Certificate of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Drs. Miller, Rathus & Linehan, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Dr. Russ Harris, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with Dr. Sue Johnson plus CBT for ADHD in Youth from Beck Institute.

She is a Consulting Clinical Psychologist at Zoho Corporation Private Limited.

Her presence is evident in the media. She has published 150+ articles in leading publications like Manorama Online, Asianet News, Manorama Weekly, Vanitha, Deccan Chronicle, Mathrubhumi online, Madhyamam Kudumban etc with 2 lakhs plus readers.

She has also been part of radio programmes by Akashavani and Radio Suno Qatar and is the Psychology Expert at Momspresso Malayalam- India’s largest user-generated content platform for women.

She gained experience from both Clinical Psychology and Child Development Departments of a private medical college in Thiruvalla. She has presented papers on several topics at state and national levels.

She conducts weekly webinars and awareness programmes to help people come out of social stigma related to mental health problems.

She runs a clinic facility that has separate wing for both adult and child cases at Breathe Mind Care with over 1000 plus happy clients including international clients.
