About Me
I developed a keen interest in the study of human mind and behaviour from a young age which led me to pursue my graduation in BA Psychology from Kuriakose Elias College, Mannanam. I then went on to receive the M. Sc. Applied Psychology and M. Phil in Mental Health and Social Psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences (NIMHANS), leading mental health institute and hospital in our country where I worked under Senior Psychologists & Psychiatrists in the region. I have over 8 years of experience in the field of clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry and have previously worked at H. S. Hospital Thodupuzha, MGM Muthoot Hospitals Kozhencherry and Assisi Hospital Erumely.

There are situations in everyone's life that demand a helping hand one can trust and rely on. I specialise in understanding such situations and can help you realise the factors that contribute to your emotional, behavioural and psychosomatic discomfort that you are still struggling to resolve.
