Guidance & information
Very very poor information systems for the patient and their caretakers. The patients and their caretakers are waiting for long time without knowing the next process or appointments since there is no guidance & information. ICU patient's bystanders are facing lots of problems to get rooms and they are sleeping outside/ weighing hall etc.
