We promote Ayurveda, Kalari Treatments, Hata Yoga and Mahayoga Meditation techniques. Our team and organization is lead by Shri. Yogishivan, who is an expert in Marma Chikitsa,Yoga Therapy and Mahayoga Meditation techniques.We teach advanced yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and higher levels of meditation (Kundalini Yoga). Our overseas branch - Muscat Ayurveda & Yoga LLC, now renamed as Swasthy Muscat Clinic, has been operating in Muscat city, Oman for the last twelve years.
