In 2016, we established a fitness group in Chennai with the goal of fostering awareness about fitness among the youth. Our vision involved showcasing the transformative potential of the human body through a combination of modern and ancient methods, supported by scientific research. By the end of 2020, our club garnered numerous testimonials, leading to global recognition. Presently, we have several fitness groups spanning across India, the UK, and Canada.
