NYMITRA is a project started by Deeja, who was confined to a wheelchair at the age of three in a very small kitchen in a small house in Muthana, Varkala on January 15, 2018, with the help of her aunt and uncle, who started with just five kilos of lemon pickle. Nymitra is born out of the concept of being completely homely without adding any chemicals. Nymitra's ambitious goal is to inculcate a new food culture among the Malayalees, which is a natural food that is tainted. It did not take long to reach the demand of Nymitra consumers, which started with 5 kg of lemon pickle, for chamomile powder, ara powder, spices and coconut oil.
