Returns cannot be initiated directly through the website. However, customers can contact our support team to initiate returns in genuine cases.
If a book is received damaged or defective, please email booksales@mm.co.in with order details and photo evidence within 3 days of delivery.
Approved cases will be replaced with the same title or refunded, subject to availability.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-14 working days after confirmation.
