About Roby's Ark Homestay

Nestled between thick jungles, a river and rubber plantations is Roby’s Ark. The gurgling waters of River Achenkovil, the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds and the occasional trumpeting of the elephant across the river are the only noises to break the silence. Roby handbuilt 90 % of the Ark as a get away to weary and exhausted city folk to unwind and relax. It will surely bring solace to the work-weary city folk.
The Pathanamthitta district of Kerala is considered as the most environmentally friendly and most oxygenated place in India. Kallely, a village bordering the Achenkovil Reserve Forest is the closest one can get to the epicenter of Kerala’s oxygen producing hub. The renowned elephant training centre, tree houses, a trip down the river on traditional coracle boats, a trek up the tropical mountain, learning how to tap rubber trees are some of the touristy activities that is on offer by the Ark.
