I take hands-on baking and Indian cooking lessons. The interactive classes are in a relaxed setting with lots of hands-on experience. There are many cuisines to choose from - South Indian ( Keralam) , North indian dishes, Chinese . If you can't visit in person, you can attend online sessions. The classes are in two locations - Trivandrum and Bangalore. In Indian cooking lesson, you have the option to join for short duration classes ( 3 hrs). Also, I have comprehensive classes which cover variety of recipes. Baking and Cake Decoration Classes Learn and become proficient in baking by attending baking lessons. The classes are suitable for first-time bakers to seasoned home chefs. The classes cover, cakes, pastries, breads, desserts.
