VERY POOR SERVICE

I have tried to contact the Thiruvalla depot. As expected, there is no attendant on the given telephone. Ignorant and useless staff is contributing to the agony of this corporation and at the same time, distressing experience to the public. I have gone to the Changanacherry depot today morning (01/05/19, 10.18 AM) to enquire about a possible booking to travel to Kanhangad, the person at the counter is hopelessly lazy and arrogant. It is a shame that a public utility has such staff whom sincerity is unknown, the staff are acutely proud and useless. Shame on you KSRTC. Make your staff work for the salary they receive, lest your organization will no way improve.
