Details of construction
1. Earth work excavation in ordinary soil.
2. D.R masonry for foundation below ground level.
3.R.R masonry in cement mortar 1:8 for basement.
4. R.C.C plinth belt as specified in the drawing in 1:2:4 mix.
5. Brick work in cement mortar 1:7 for using wire cut or 8" solid brick.
6. Lintels are all around in the wall with proper reinforcement.
7. R.C.C works in 1:2:4mix for slabs, lintels, columns, beams etc. with proper reinforcement.
8. Wall Plastering in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick.
9. Ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 9mm thick.
10. Roof top plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick.
11. P.C.C flooring in 1:4:8 for 70mm thick.
12. Cement used for Ultratec or Sankar.
13. Quality M-sand used for all works .
14. Reinforcement for use ISI branded bars.
