Established in 1981 in the name Neema Financiers at Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala by Sri. M.C. Varghese. It was initially a small one engaged in moneylending. Subsequently in 1995 this was converted as a non-banking finance company in the name Neema Benefit Fund Ltd. The functioning was very appreciating and started so many branches in the rural areas of Pathanamthitta and Kollam District. Again in 2004 the company obtained the status of Nidhi company from the Government of India.
