Revival of policy no.304575547

The above policy premium paid on 8.2.2022 by Rpt. no.PR35462333000 AND AGENCY CODE 848/20 20.07.2018. After that cant pay online or your coimbatore office reason the agent E. Arunkumar death I have not received proper intimation. So many policies my self and family members no due for as on date. I have also informed agent Mr.Hari but no update so, kinly go through and solution to pay the entre policy due amount.
