Quality Service

Service people dosent have any idea of the product.They will come and suggest change of some parts.If problem dosent resolve they will change another part.For all this they will simply charge.if we have asked then what about the part that have replaced and we paid,they will simply say you have to pay and not even ready to accept their mistake.Very bad customer service they will ruin the samsung brand name.
