Kayalvarath Ayurveda Hospital was established in 1929 at Perinad by Vaidyakalanidhi Kayalvarath V I Varghese Vaidyan.
Upholding this tradition, his son, Dr. George Varghese DAM - the youngest son, joined with his father for practicing of Ayurveda. Now he is the Chief Physician of Kayalvarath Hospital.Over the years, hospital has grown into a large enterprise in the field of Ayurveda offering services in the fields of treatment and exclucive medicine manufacturing.
V I Varghese Vaidyan's Kayalvarath Ayurveda Hospital has completed over a hundred years of meritorious service in the field of Genuine Ayurvedic treatment and medicine in Kerala. Quite proudly we can say that Kayalvarath hospital has grown up into a full-fledged hospital equipped with all the necessary modern facilities to provide authentic Ayurveda treatment and accommodation to patients. Some of the main areas of treatment that we provide are Asthma and Allergic Problems, Spine related disorders, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Back Pain, Joint Pain, Rheumatic Disorders, Ailments due to Arthritis, Developmental Disorders in children, De-toxification package and treatment for Mental Disorders, Stress and Special package for IT Professionals etc. which have found extra ordinary results. We have in- house production of ayurvedic medicines exclusively for our own use.
