Spearheaded by a veteran architect Mr.Favaz A, hailing from Kerala, Kollam, Pathanapuram, we are run by a team of 35 officials, working in all verticals of civil engineering including residential, commercial, and infrastructural constructions.

We emphasize building relations and adding value to each of our projects. Be it governmental or private, we give the utmost care and attention to every bit of detail in our projects so that the clients are safe and secure in what we deliver.

Mostly we are open to any degree of customization to meet our clients expectations and happiness end of the day. This values more to us.

With more than two decades of experience in both infrastructural and residential constructions, we offer our clients nothing less than perfect. Our team of professionals and workers has been with us since the inception of Concord constructions, back in 1996. So we carry a huge bag of experience, relations, and consistent updates on our works to meet the customer demands and architectural requirements.

We take complete accountability for the contracts, right from valuation, estimation, approvals, to delivery of the finished site. We give nothing less than full sphered support right from ideation to customer delivery.
