The idea of this institution saw its budding in the early 2016, when we four, the founders of this institution realised the importance of equipping the so called technical graduates and diploma holders with the skills set necessary to guarantee them with a prosperous career in the digitial Eco system. An Employability assessment NGO conducted a case study, which revealed that only 4.7% of the students who are awareded Engineering and other technical degrees and diplomas in India are found in posession of the Anlytical and Problem solving skill set to be employed in their concerned areas.
