Currently it has a small but highly motivated team which has built multiple technology platforms which are already in use by its customers. The dedicated tech team at XERA understands the industry, brain storm with the customers on development cycles and develops the platforms. Currently it has developed multiple AI ready platforms for education industry and is entering into health tech.

Industry Problems
As against the world average of 150 doctors per lac of population, India averages only 64 practising registered doctors are available to serve the patients. In order to fill this huge gap, India needs around 1 Million more of trained licensed physicians. With a huge limitation in terms of available infrastructure of medical schools in India (offering 100,000 medical seats in 2024 from 707+ NMC approved medical colleges), the promoters started a proprietary company under the brand name of MOKSH in 2012 in the space of student mobility by offering medical courses in global universities to the students on B2C. The company expanded its services within technology based online Education space preparing the doctors with global medical license test prep with live class for medical license exams such as FMGE / NEXT in India or USMLE in USA or MRCP in UK. Currently MOKSH is a public company listed on NSE and is impacting and contributing to the healthcare segment.

All the technology assets such as website, innovative Mobile Apps for students, LMS to teach medical license exams, CRM and University application system for MOKSH are developed by XERA! Till 2021-22, XERA was essentially a technology arm serving the objectives of MOKSH.
XERA got its wings during COVID
After successful journey, the promoter group of MOKSH along with the core team decided to expand its market presence via B2B channel and that's when the mission to build an independent XERA was born. With the support of its promoter’s experience in the industry, it has developed its own wings and vision and is attempting to grow on its own with focus on student mobility, ed tech and health tech!
It was during COVID period that XERA developed two of its flagship products with the investment from the promoters of MOKSH:

With the current platforms, XERA revenues our team is confident to go from today to INR 100 Cr revenue level by 2029-30. This is majorly due to the focus on non recessionary industries and innovative solutions with high level of entry barriers.

While the company is growing at fast pace due to its existing platforms, XERA aims to develop an amazing healthcare tech platform utilizing the advent of AI and ML. This platform will help create a Value Based Healthcare model in the industry making healthcare delivery more accessible and affordable for the patients.
As our first customer, MHPL, a subsidiary of MOKSH has confirmed the plans to expand into primary healthcare delivery. MHPL will utilize our health - tech platform to be delivered by Dec, 2025 at all its upcoming clinics. It plans to establish 300+ clinics in the next 3-4 years across India. This technology platform would be provided to MHPL on B2B basis with SaaS based revenue model.
