Established in 1992 by one of our founders, Mr. Sajith U.N, as a one-man army and later taking the name Ridge and Roof, Udumbunthala Syndicate finally materialized in 2007, to become the thriving company that we now know. Since its conception, Udumbunthala Syndicate has dealt with projects throughout Malabar, dealing with over 300000 sq ft.
