Carmel CMI International language zone provides OET, IELTS, Spoken English, German and French coaching classes. Our coaching programmes have opened up new pathways and expanded horizons for a multitude of young dynamic professionals. We also focus on the new generation of students and young professionals in their academic pursuits. Carmel's academic endeavous are inspired by St. Chavara Kuriakose Elias, the founder of the CMI religious congregation.

IELTS
* Every candidate becomes a basic learner for five day training that familiarises them with the four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking of IELTS) with an extra bonus fluency programme.
* Writing module is given utmost priority; special grammar lessons are provided as per the requirement of the candidate.
* Listening module is supported by fluency programme.
* Reading is considered more attentively through detailed professional teaching sessions on the four various kinds of question headings.
* Speaking is enhanced strictly based on the European Language of Frame Work and Cambridge Teaching of English parameters which insist upon interactive teaching through discussions, vocabulary games, debates, visual sessions, songs and other classroom activities.
* Carmel has drawn up a detailed timetable and strictly adheres to it. Such a realistic timetable enables them to get trained in the four modules daily. Corrections and remedial measures are made under the professional guidance of veteran facilitators.
* When the candidates progress through the various stages of training they are also exposed to a complete weekly mock test ( Simulation Test). It is being conducted under strict supervision of our faculty.

* Listening involves lot of skills. Our fluency foundation programme gets the learners tuned to the native speaking style.

* Speaking sub- test involves two role plays. We provide our candidate with practice sessions under trained instructors. Daily individual speaking sessions are being conducted followed by appropriate feedbacks from instructors.
* Writing is carried out exclusively to familiarize with appropriate language structures to suit the different types of letters. This is also done on a daily basis with prompt corrections.

SPOKEN ENGLISH
Our one month long Spoken English Programme is an exclusively formulated package for the beginner level of English language to the advanced Level.
Timing : 9.30 am to 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
It is an activity based and student oriented programme which involves : * Grammar * Conversation * Fluency * Interview Skills
On completion of this course, with substantial attendance our candidates are presented with a certificate, evidently after a formal examination. Come and experience the joy of an innovative International English Speaking Programme.
GERMAN
Our German curriculam is designed after the examination frame work of the Goethe institute.
