4. Identity checks will be conducted; mismatched registration details and ID proof will result in denied entry.
5. You consent to capture your photograph and videos for publishing and promotions on social media's platforms.
6. Indian Income Tax Act and Rules will be applicable.
7. Electronic devices and wristwatches are prohibited in the playing arena; violations will result in round disqualification.
8. Cash prizes will not be shared.
9. Participants must arrange their own necessities.
10. Cancellation policy- non refundable.
11. The walkover time for subsequent rounds in the chess tournament will be 15 minutes, while for the first round, it will follow clock time. 12. Organiser may reschedule, relocate, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. with liability limited to refunding entry fees.
13. Organiser may expel participants for rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disruptive behaviour.
14. Any disputes or complaints should be reported to the Chief Arbiter immediately; the decision of the Chief Arbiter is final and binding.
15. Schedule is tentative; rounds may start early if all participants are present.
