Krav Maga means " contact combat" in Hebrew( The name in hebrew can be translated as hand-to-hand combat".The root word krav means fight and maga means contact ).This is a noncompetitive electric self defense system devolped in israel that involves boxing,muay Thai,jiu-jitsu,wrestling and grappling techniques, along with realistic fight training.Krav Maga is Known for its focus on real world situations and extremely efficient ,brutal counter attacks.Krav maga is an israeli self defense battle tested tactics that teaches how to prevent deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks.

Krav maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self defense,self protection,fighting and combat skills using mixed martial arts that involves striking techniques,wrestling and grappling,mostly known for its extremely efficient and brutal counter attacks but with no rules and no limitations,as well as skills to defend others,all trained under realistic scenarios and limitations of real life.
