SIVAANAND Architects and Designers is an Architectural firm practicing for more than 25 years, pan India ,doing Residential, Commercial and Institutional Buildings. By following the principles of Traditional Architecture we are conserving the same .
After graduating in the year 1995 with Honours in B. Arch and practicing as an Architect in Madhya Pradesh, I had a deep urge to know my roots especially in Traditional Architecture of Kerala where I belong to. I moved to Kerala to join a Course in Traditional Architecture of Kerala, Aranmula, Pathanamthitta, where I was awarded Gold Medal . My independent practice began from Kerala. After marriage I moved to Bangalore and major focus was in Bangalore and in Kerala. It was in November 2014 , I founded SIVAANAND Architects and Designers in Perumbavoor my home town to cater to the clients who needed Modern Designs yet following all Principles of Traditional Architecture of Kerala or Vaastu shastra. In this span, we have successfully designed and executed many Residential Buildings viz, villas and apartments along with Interiors, Few Office and Commercial Interiors pan India.
Visualizing & realising the client's dream is our foremost motto. We take immense care to provide a seamless service from inception to completion of the projects within the budget and on time. After understanding the client’s requirements , taste & available resources ,we suggest the best and appropriate solutions to reflect their ideas & personality. We try to absorb the evolving changes in Society & lifestyles at the same time follow the time tested Traditional Principles of Architecture (Vastu Shastra) to receive all the benefits from nature (Panch Bhutas). All our designs are harmonious and balanced from within and Outside in relation to the surroundings and Nature as we have a deep rooted respect for nature and its hidden energies. So we do not stick nor impose any one style. We are always open to new thoughts, innovative ideas and implement them in the designs we do. Dedication & transparency in all the works has helped in long term relationship & satisfied clients.
