About a transaction I made from my bank to ARIKE day care services in Dhanalakshmi bank

Your fund transfer for Rs. 2600.00 on 04/06/20 is timed out. Please contact branch in case your amount not been credited to beneficiary nor reversed to your account in next working day (IMPS Ref no.015612253312). The beneficiary said not received this amount. Please help. Thank you
