We design the villa/house as per your need and requirement and in view of your budget. We have our own in-house architectural team, for this service we shall charge a nominal fee of Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) for a house ranging from 2500 to 4,000 ft2 which shall be discounted on the work-contract being awarded to us.

This service cost shall cover:

1. Preparation of the plans
2. 2d Front Elevation
3. 3d Perspective view
4. Submission plans
5. Obtaining necessary approvals from building authority
(Statutory/liaison charges to be borne by customer)
6. Item-wise estimate
