M.V. Bahuleyan is the founder Chairman of Mulloor Chitty Funds Kochi Pvt. Ltd. The company was registered under the companies Act, 1956 on 14th august 2012 Even before the formation of the company, M.V. Bahuleyan was in the field of chitty business several decades ago. Earlier he had registered a partnership firm in the year 1970 in the name and style Mulloor Chit Funds of which he was one of Managing partners of the firm. The firm grew and became a renowned name among the business community in Kerala Most of the small and medium scale business men in and around Kochi trusted Mulloor Chit Fund for their needs.
The chit fund Act, 1982 was made applicable to Kerala notification dated 14th august 2012, when the said Act came into force in Kerala, there was about ten thousand firms/companies engaged in chitty business out of them only a little above one thousand are in the chitty business now. Others stopped the business because of the difficulties to run the chitty business under the stringent previsions of the Chit Funds Act, 1982. M.V. Bahuleyan because of his vast experience, relentless energy and knowledge for several decades in chitty business, did not want to stop the chitty business and established Mulloor Chitty Funds Kochi Pvt Ltd. and continued in the chitty business.
