A typical fed-batch biogas consists of 4 components viz.,

Digester tank for feed processing and slurry decanting facility after feed processing. The feed may consist of any bio-degradable organic food waste, meat & poultry processing waste, feces of all animals, etc., that decompose within a span of 45 to 60 days with some restrictions on fibrous matter like banana leaves, garden waste and hard bones, mango seeds etc.,other than non-biodegradable mater like plastics, chemicals, etc.,
Gas-Holder Jacket consisting of superior multiple weather shield Jacket for safety, weather shielding properties as well as durability.
Biogas Choola i.e. burner that is made from superior refractory bricks and technically crafted for better flame efficiency.
Safety Factors incorporated to provide maximum safety, sanitation and long life.
