Esteem Developers Pvt. Ltd is a Civil Engineering consultancy firm promoted by a group of Engineers, their common bond being corporate members of Institution of Engineers (India), Kochi Centre. The Company was incorporated in November 1994 with an Authorized Capital of Rs.50 lakhs (Paid up Rs. 27.72 lakhs) and commenced business in January 1995. The present shareholding is predominantly held by 48 Senior Engineers of various disciplines.
The Company is managed by Professional Board of Directors.
The Company is mainly acting as Consultants in Architectural Design, Structural Design, DPR Preparation, Estimation and Project Management for Infrastructure and Development Projects like, large area development, high rise buildings, bridges, highways, Irrigation projects, water management & drainage studies etc. The in-house strength of the company is supported by a multidisciplinary group of professionals whose services are available to the Company as retainers depending upon the needs of the particular assignment.
