Abhyangam : Application of oil on head and body followed by message It is effective in arthritis, general exhaustion, rejuvenation etc..
Sirodhara : Medicated oils or butter milk are poured on the forehead in a continous stream.Effective in stress,sleeplessness,neurological conditions etc.
Kizhi : Kizhi means bundle. This is meant to induce perspiration. Bundle are made out of herbal powder, leafs or special variety of rice.Kizhi is heated and applied on patients body.
Pizhichil : Pizhichil is the process where cotton cloth pieces are dipped in warm medicated oil and squeezed on to the patient's body.It is very effective in all kinds of neurological conditions like Paralysis, Neuropathy and in Musculoskeletal diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Sciatica etc.
Sirovathi : Sirovasthi is the most intensive, Potent external oil application in the head. The prescribed oil is allowed to remain inside a cap, open on both the sides and fitted on the head, while the patient is seated in an upright posture in a chair. It is very effective in Facial Palsy ,Trigeminal Neuralgia, Poor vision, ENT problems ,Cervical Spondylosis etc.
Thala pothichil: Thala pothichil Treatment is renowned for its ability to heal problems related to the head and neck regions. Alzheimer's disease, migraine, certain psychosomatic diseases, arthritis, headache, insomnia, mental illness, hyper tension, sinusitis etc
Thalam: Thalam is one of the best treatment especially meant for variety of diseases. Thalam is an Ayurvedic therapeutic remedy. Pichu can be performed on the head, neck, spine, hip, chest, knee and shoulders as per the state of illness, and is highly beneficial for ailments affecting the head, spine and diseases of cranial nerves caused by vata disorder.
