Very poor service. I had a bad experience. I had brought a Ragini Shruti box from them which I had given to Sapthaswara musicals, Calicut. I did not get the repaired Shruti box on time. I got the box repaired after 3 months. They charged me Rs. 2000/- including courier charges of Rs. 700/- for transporting to Sound labs company service centre at Himachal Pradesh. When I contacted the Sound lab company officials, they said they have not got the Shruti box for repairs. Poor service and cheating.
