Holy Spirit School is a co-educational institution affiliated to central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi (Affiliation no: 930875). It is situated at west Poonkulam, with bushy green surroundings adjacent to Fathima Matha Church, Poonkulam.

The school is manned by Holy Spirit Charitable Society (Reg No: P-471/88) in the Atmandhara Region, with its headquarters in Thiruvalla. The school provides the best ambience for the overall development of the students. The school has its reputation for shaping individuals who are receptive and acclaimed for their pioneering ideas.

HSS has been humanizing many students for last many years. The school was opened in 1993 by Holy Spirit Sisters, with kindergarten and upgraded as Primary School in 2002 and later into Secondary School, affiliated to CBSE, Delhi in 2011-2012.
