Army Public School, Trivandrum is one of the 130 Army Public Schools established by the Indian Army for imparting education to the children of the Indian army personnel. Besides giving formal academic education, the children are trained along the lines of Indian culture and values. Army public schools provide facilities to the wards, of all ranks of the army who face difficulty in securing admission due to frequent transfers. At the same time, it maintains continuity and good standards of education. "Truth is God” is the motto of our institution. Our aim has always been holistic development of our students with stress laid on their moral development. We nurture young minds to recognize their roles in nation building . We provide them with ample opportunities to exhibit their calibre both in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.

Army Public School ,Trivandrum made its beginning way back in 1952. Our school came under the aegis of Army in 2007. APS , Trivandrum is affiliated to CBSE (Aff.No: 980007) upto Class XII
