Beginning as a modest bakery in 1965 on coastal region of Malabar, once the epicenter of the old spice trade, the settlers from Arab world, Portugal, Turkey and Netherlands all helped create the delicious and unique dishes we see in modern day state of Kerala. MRA’s mission is to combine the best of Malabar cuisine to develop innovative recipes to the highest culinary standards.
