Cheloor Property Development Projects Limited, is a Public Limited company with a good track record of being in this construction industry for the last 17 years. In fact no body needs any introduction to the House of Cheloor. The history dates back to a family background of more than 500 years.
From the traditional roots in Agriculture, Cheloor evolved to a changing focus into commerce by diversifying the fields of business. Shri Ravi Cheloor activated this change when he found Ramdas Movie House, one of the Thrissur’s best-known film houses. The family built the Devaki Auditorium at Guruvayur, and diversified into film distribution and property development.
Our areas of operations are Construction Industries – Residential Apartments and Commercial Complexes, Film Industry, Kalyanamandapam, Movie Houses, Ayurvedic and Allopathic Medicine, Plantations etc. Cheloor will shortly enter into Tourism Resorts and Medical Tourism.
We have in our credit 1500 satisfied families who live happily in our finished flats in the cities Thrissur, Guruvayur and Ernakulam. 30 Lakhs square feets are our field of activity in these cities and 2500 clients’ spreads all over the world.
Dr. Ramdas Cheloor now upholds the visions and responsibilities of his father with untiring zeal. Dr. Ramdas, is a widely travelled, widely experienced personage, with a firm grip on Western values and Indian tradition. He is ably assisted by a distinguished Board of Directors, comprising men of varied and contributory disciplines, who add valuable viewpoints and personal impetus to the company.
