Housekeeping services can be rendered as one time cleaning, monthly cleaning or daily cleaning on annual contract. Housekeeping cleaning are as follows: lobby, offices, boardrooms & showrooms, clean glass doors, mirrors & windows. Dust all furniture & horizontal surfaces. dust & clean telephones, clean & de-scale drinking fountains, clean air vents & return air grills, vacuum all carpet areas, empty trash-re cycle, replace liners, clean bins, stripping, buffing and refinishing of floors, corridors, elevators, stairwells & landings, clean mirrors & windows. empty trash; replace liners, clean containers dust railings & ledges. Clean air vents & return grills. Vacuum all carpet areas. Appropriate hard floor care includes ETC.
