'PULARI BUILDERS' earlier 'PULARI CONSTRUCTIONS', entered the field of building construction in the year 2002. It was founded by Retired. Asst.Executive Engineer of Irrigation Department, Government of Kerala, Mr.Premanandan.M.K.

During our tenure we have built an excellent reputation by engineering several small and midsized projects. Its portfolio spans across:

▪ Small and Medium sized commercial and retail buildings, residential, restoration projects, education and landmark structures.

▪ We also provide professional services for maintenance of existing buildings, such as facilitation of Electrical, Plumbing, Air-Conditioning, and Carpentry Services.

▪ Drawing of Plan (2D, 3D), Estimating cost, helping the clients to acquire certificates from concerned government authorities.

▪ Preparation and Attestation of all the Certificates and Orders regarding Construction of Buildings by an Authorized and Licensed Engineer.
