Founded by VM Basheer DSM, a legendary bodybuilder with nearly 50 years of experience and accolades like Mr. South Asia 1998 and 4-time Mr. India, the academy offers world-class fitness education in collaboration with Gayo Fitness Academy. Our mission is to provide nationally and internationally recognized certification courses in Kerala, empowering fitness professionals. The VMB Fitness Boutique delivers science-based, personalized programs, including functional fitness, strength training, bodybuilding, Pilates, and group aerobics like Zumba and E2M. We also offer online fitness programs through Toekoms – The Generation Fitness. Join us for holistic fitness solutions
