In olden days the people of Palakkad District felt very difficult for furniture, vessels for various functions at Home, Public programmes etc. for hire. At that time our Grand Father F. Shaik Sanavullah Sahib on 03.05.1954, he started furniture hiring business in the name "Ameer Furniture Hires" at Pattani Street, Palakkad. On that days he started with wooden folding chairs, wooden folding tables, crockery plates, enamal plates, Brass Buckets etc & the Panthals are made in Bamboo, coconut leaves by this firm.

After his Death on 18.10.1965 his Son Haji. S.M Habibullah continued the business in the name of "welcome furniture Hires". His elder son Shakeer Ahamed alias Babu joined 1976 with him as third generation. On 01.12.1995 we shifted our firm to Municipal complex Building at Robinson Road from Pattani Street. In2011 Babu's two Son's Abid & Javid joined with "welcome furniture Hires" as forth generation. They started Catering service,Event management, Trading furniture items,Infrastructure etc.
