A young couple was highly enthused by the words of Dr.Kalam to dream big. He, Vinod by sheer dint of hard work and dedication crossed innumerable hurdles to enter the portals of State Bank as a probationary officer. She, Swapna, a dreamy eyed girl with a post graduate degree in Commerce, was a school teacher. Together they dreamt and what shaped their dreams was Vinod's hands-on experience in Banking Exams and Swapna's skill in academic administration. From the symbiosis of their skills was born "EDU-HOME, their "Manasaputri" on 8th of March 2009

The sojourn of the fledging organisation was not without its due share of problems. A small room in the first floor of the building in Chandranagar was where the institute started functioning with 30 students. In the ensuing SBT clerks exam 16 candidates qualified in the written exam test and 8 secured the appointment. This was a great achievement considering the fact that the time available for coaching was just 45 days with negligible infrastructure to support

The encouraging results achieved brought in more students and the institute had to be shifted to a more roomy building in Mettuppalayam street, Palakkad. The strength had swelled to 60 now and the results also registered a corresponding upward trend. With a lot more aspirants seeking entry, the institute had to be shifted to its present location on the first floor of Century complex in the Mathakovil Street, near Palakkad Stadium bus stand, in less than a year

Just over a year after its birth, Eduhome became one to be counted upon in the realm of bank exam coaching in the entire Kerala state. As the results grew in geometric progression, the strength of admission seekers registered an exponential increase. The success of Edu-Home on account of the tireless perseverance of the husband-wife team is amply demonstrated in the following statistics.
