About FLOW QUALITY FOUNDATION

FLOW QUALITY FOUNDATION has been formed to inculcate the qualities embedded in individuals, so that they will contribute their life towards the betterment of the society they live, thus laying foundation of character and good citizenship. The result in macro dimension by global networking is the establishment of a permanent and everlasting world peace – by producing world citizens.

These include the teaching of moral ethics and providing development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change - for a better tomorrow.

I do believe that the service to humanity is the best work of life – to assist in developing good personality – catching young, preschool children as they are the future citizens in the making and young mothers who can guide children from the very beginning – keeping weaker sections in mind.

I never really knew that service to others was being engraved into my heart as I served faithfully and honorably for twenty years in the Indian Air Force and seven years as Service Manager to Automobile Dealerships. During my job as Service Manager i had to interview an average of 5 job aspirants per day. I felt pity on the poor interview performance as they were not given proper guidance. Analysing these aspects i started guiding each candidate without success as i was not having sufficient time. Further involvement guided me towards the decision to work towards the betterment of society by forming FLOW QUALITY FOUNDATION.
