Ours is a reputed Consulting Architect’s firm established at Kottayam by our founder Architect late Mr.Cyriac Vellapally in the year 1956. Our proprietor Architect Mr. Jose Vellapally is managing the firm since 2001. During these years we have extended our professional consultancy services for the construction of various building projects such as Residential, Educational, Institutional, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial etc all over Kerala especially in central Travancore.

Technical consultancy services offered by us are, in general :
designing and preparation of Master Plan, architectural drawings, application for building permit, bill of quantities, specifications & estimates, advising on tender & contract, structural drawings by our structural consultant’s, verifying and certifying Contractor’s bills, occasional supervision of works. Allied services as required for specific projects can also be undertaken by us as per the requirement for the particular project.
