Handle all legal matters pertaining to insurance especially Third Party claims settlement
Mediating discussions between the company panel lawyers and the clients for settlements.
Finalizing legal defense for all major cases and guiding defense counsel regarding this.
Appearing for the company in consumer cases and Ombudsman cases
Appearing before the local authorities and Police in connection with the company affairs
Appearing before the Workmen compensation courts and Labour courts on behalf of company.
