To control global warming and climate change, lot of efforts and movements have been taken by international community. lnternational Solar Alliance is a milestone of these initiatives. Following these initiatives, lndia has taken a key role to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by promoting Renewable Energy sources. Solar power plants are the best solution to reduce climate change and global warming. Kerala government has also step forwarded in renewable energy promotion. kshaya Urja Service Centres (URJAMITHRA) has been set up in all assembly constituencies by ANERT across Kerala. As an initiative to support all URJAMITHRAs, urjamithra entrepreneurs in Ernakulam districts has formed Renewable Energy Promotion lndustrial Co-Operative Society Ltd (REPCOS). Our members and technicians are trained and accredited solar power plant installers by MNRE and ANERT.
