RG Gingelly oil is the first Gingelly oil manufacturing company in Kerala, started in the year 1940s by Shri M Gopalan with the brand name ‘RG’. Still R.G continues to be a leader in Gingelly oil products in Kerala.The brand name R.G. became another word of Gingelly oil. ‘R.G’, is one of the most prominent business groups in Kerala, India, under the leadership of Mr.R.G.Prakash, son of Shri.M.Gopalan.

Mr.R.G.Prakash, the elder son of Shri.M.Gopalan worked in R.G in his early age and gained experience and knowledge in Gingelly oil which helped him to achieve R.G.no.1 brand in Gingelly products in Kerala, India.
