We are one of the “MALABAR GROUP OF COMPANIES” located in Kinalur Industrial Growth Estate near Calicut Kerala spanning 2 ½ Acres of land. The company operate with 3 imported aluminium extrusion press lines of 7” and 4” containers with an installed capacity of 6000 MT per year and is capable to meet any additional requirement of the market. With the state of the art manufacturing unit and most modern laboratory and testing facilities we are fully committed to setting the industry standard and have been accredited with ISO 9001 – 2015 quality management system which comprises all of our ongoing services and product developments. The unit designs, provides and fixes a complete solution of the needs of architects, builders, and consultants for high-class door, window, partition, and structural glazing etc.

We have most modern facilities for powder coating, anodizing, electro-coloring and wood grain finish, automatic reciprocator, power and free conveyor system of 6 M length. Crystal is ready to meet the challenges of technological competition by producing quality aluminum profiles/sections and allied products for the building sector, transport, hardware, electronics, aeronautics, telecommunication, refrigeration and automation. Our sophisticated handling and finishing equipment are of latest concept and we are equipped with most modern casting facilities for our foundry where billets are made as per customer satisfaction with the aid of a spectrometer. Our melting unit is supported on – line degaser, on-line filter, on-line grain refiner and hot top casting system. Our in-house facilities for manufacturing of dies and the drawings are controlled through the computer with the help of CAD / CAM, CNC Machine center, wire cutting, and EDM Machines.
