Horrible experience

Was promised by Pokattu the very best service with best hotel stay with daily buffet..a large sum was also paid in advance as we were assured the best
But
What we got were the cheapest hotel who hav not even heard of the word buffet...the bed sheets were not even changed from the previous customers.....we were stopped st the cheapest restaurants to hav our food.The driver though was a good person had no idea of our itennary. We had to guide him all the way.
