MD course in the Philippines is recognized by World Health Organization and Medical Council of India. Philippines medical colleges offers M.D as it primary medical course for practitioners. Commission on Higher Education (CHED) of Philippines is responsible for authorized medical school and colleges. This MD Program is recognized by Medical Council of India as equivalent to MBBS degree in India.
