We started HUTS 16 years ago in Cherthala right besides NH 47, inspired by many novel and healthy ideas about Food & Catering.
But since those days then so much has changed and so suddenly in our collective lives … Adulteration has become rampant. Vegetables are dunked in poison. Even Fish. Meats, with the rampant use of hormones & antibiotics in animal rearing.Faced with such grave threats to our visions of Good Food, our sincere quest, transformed us into Organic farmers.We are fulfilling its promise made 16 years ago to the Public to become a hub of Good, Clean, Delicious, Healthy Food.Each and every ingredient, even the smallest ones,that goes into the making of every dish served here in HUTS is 100%Organic,safe to eat and mostly homegrown with rare additional inputs from highly reliable & authentic sources.
