We are so happy with the wonderful experience we had. If I could give them a thousand stars , I would!! My first point of contact was Ms. Sreekala who attended my frequent frantic call. She was extremely patient and polite. She went out of her way to get me all the details I required over the phone and my calls were transferred to the cataract surgery department, which was dealt with utmost care.The entire team was extremely professional. I was so impressed, by their exemplary service. After all it was Jyothi's eye care, and it has to be the best, as its Dr. Jason's baby. A man of principles, patience, and ethics clubbed with expertise. He is the best, extremely polite, and grounded. Kannur is blessed to have such an experienced doctor.
